Collaborators & Partners

1. I am 18 years of age or older.

2. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company (AthenaKED Inc). I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company. 

3. I will promote and market Purossence products to customers. Receive, test, wear, model, experience, and write about Purossence products on my social networks in various forms such as but not limited to blogs, posts, pictures, videos, reels etc. Share brand message on social networks. Receive new products and model them for promotions we create or to be used as product images. Share content using our brand hashtags: #Purossence, #LivePureWithPurossence,  #PurossenceNonToxic, #PurossenceLook. 

4. I will not receive any cash value for any unused or unredeemed subscriptions points if program is active on website. When given the gift or monthly product subscription, Purossence will own the rights to use the image for email marketing or website content. I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks.

5. I will not sell company product on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments or on other marketplaces not authorized by Purossence or the parent company of Purossence brand - AthenaKED Inc.

6. I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company. 

7. I will promote Purossence products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing events showcasing the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network. 

8. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation and core values of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit any unused points or perks or balance and all promotional codes effective immediately. 

9. Brand Ambassadors are chosen and approved by Purossence will be started on a Yearly subscription, where each month the ambassador receives one or two product to promote on their social media, if there is no content creation for 30 days after package is received, Purossence will cancel the subscription and terminate the relationship. 

10. I must be an active* Brand Ambassador to remain in the program. 

11. I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time. I agree to the company’s privacy policy and I have read and agree to these terms.
